The RICS Americas Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on November 2, 2011 in Washington D.C. Presentations were led by Neil Shah, Managing Director and Brian A. Glanville FRICS CRE MAI, RICS Americas Chair. Sean Tompkins, Chief Executive of RICS was also in attendance.
The AGM recapped RICS Americas’ achievements during the 2010-2011 membership year and shared the organization’s vision for its future.
Some of the topics that were discussed include:
• New RICS leadership
• An Introduction of the RICS World Regional Board
• The launch of RICS research reports in the Americas
• RICS' expansion into Brazil
• An announcement that RICS Americas' 2012 AGM will be held Miami, FL
