Americas & Regional Boards

RICS Americas is a professional membership body governed by a board of directors, all of whom are senior figures within the construction and property industries. The board provides strategic advice, guidance and support to RICS Americas Managing Director, Neil Shah.

At a local level, chapter boards consisting of RICS Americas members, allow the voice of the individual member to be represented, ensuring vibrant chapter level participation and discussion. The Education and Standards Board (AESB) is a sub-group of the RICS Americas Board.

All boards meet regularly throughout the year, with the RICS Americas board reporting into the RICS Governing Council and RICS Management team headquartered in London, England.
