RICS Chapters are an important part of the RICS Americas organization and help connect members across geographies in order to:

Deliver value to existing members through networking and professional development programs

Build and strengthen the RICS brand by enhancing market recognition of RICS standards across the profession

Grow RICS membership and sphere of influence with key constituents including members’ firms, educational institutions and government

There are currently about 20 RICS chapters in the Americas region. Chapter activities and programs are generally managed by RICS members, with support from RICS Americas staff based in New York and Toronto, for the benefit of members and contacts located in the region.
