ASA Webinar: A Decade of Change

The American Society of Appraisers invites RICS members and guests to participate in this interesting webinar.

The ASA Real Property Committee is offering their first webinar featuring Susan M. Smith, MAI and the Editor of the PwC Investor Survey (formerly known as the Korpacz Investor Survey). The topic will be "A Decade of Change." Ms. Smith will compare and contrast the industry's fundamentals, the economy's key stats, and the Survey findings now and from 10 years (and even longer) ago.

Ms. Smith will examine:
1. State of the industry (fundamentals) current and past stats and investors' thoughts (concerns, highlights)
2. Quick overview of economy now and then (its impact on the industry and investors' thoughts)
3. Current findings of the PwC Real Estate Investor Survey (formerly known as the Korpacz Real Estate Investor Survey) versus 10 years ago (where were cap rates then?)
If there is time: 4. Highlights from Emerging Trends 2011 (released in October) versus ET 2001 (what was "hot" back then and what is "hot" now)
