ASFMRA 2010 Summer Education Session - Visalia, CA

Four days of Continuing Education Seminars will include: The Appraisal of Permanent Plantings in Changing Markets (New for 2010!), an Income Approach Applications Seminar, and nine Management Modules taught over two days. The new module seminars have been developed by ASFMRA and select topics have been grouped together for this California session as ‘Real Estate Modules – Business Management Modules for the Appraisal, Management & Consulting Professional’. The modules will cover Production Practices, Property Risk Assessment, Crop Insurance, Project Management, Effective Negotiating, Business Proposals, Financial Statements, Financial Rations and Client Goals and Strategic Plan. Registration fees are $225 for members and $275 for non-members and the hotel rate is just $94 per night.
