This joint meeting between ASPE and RICS will present a macroeconomic look into 2010. The focus will be on the economic factors that will be of most use for our organizations and the construction industry, with a lighter focus on the financial markets side.



Thomas G. Rowen
Thomas G. Rowen, serves as Vice President & Senior Portfolio Manager at Fifth Third Bank’s Chicago office, leading the Institutional Portfolio Management services for the Illinois and Indiana region. Tom’s primary focus is in providing investment services to institutional clients and select high net worth individuals. He brings 19 years of investment management experience from both industry and consulting. Prior to joining Fifth Third in 1998, Tom spent three years as a portfolio manager at National City Bank (formerly First of America) and five years as a Financial Consultant with Salomon Smith Barney. Tom will be accompanied by Matthew Doucett from Fifth Third’s Commercial Banking Group who will address issues affecting the local construction industry.
