The Roundup showcases pinnacle Green real estate leaders, including: (1) the top Federal green building official, Eleni Reed, Chief Greening Officer, General Services Administration, who keynotes the Roundup (2) the director of the largest retrofit ever of an existing building to be green, Dan Probst, Chair of the Energy and Sustainability Group, Jones Lang LaSalle, which directed the green retrofit of the Empire State Building (3) the developer of the largest new green building ever, Helena Durst, Vice President of The Durst Organization, which developed the newly-opened Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park in New York City, the largest green building in the U.S. , and the first major LEED Platinum office building This "After-Conference" program immediately follows the close of the Urban Land Institute Fall Meeting from October 12 though 15. The After-Conference takes full advantage of the presence in Washington, DC of ULI's foremost green real estate experts--we may not assemble green real estate experts of this caliber here again for 10 years.
