Overview:
This three-day course in commercial real estate development and investment is one in a series of seminars designed to provide delegates with a solid working foundation in the concepts, principles, and tools useful for making commercial real estate investment and finance decisions. The concepts applied in commercial real estate investment are, with slight differences, essentially the same in commercial real estate development. This course offers delegates a solid and practical understanding of commercial real estate development and investment process highlighting potential areas of risk that delegates should consider focusing their attention together with possible mitigates. The course concludes with a comprehensive case study.

Seminar delegates will gain a practical understanding of commercial real estate development and investment that can be immediately applied. The seminar is designed to provide a broad platform of knowledge assuming a moderate amount of prior knowledge or experience with commercial real estate. The fundamental goal of the seminar is to provide a good understanding of the risks associated with the commercial real estate development and investment process so delegates will be equipped to immediately evaluate transactions using the knowledge gained
