Private Equity Real Estate magazine [PERE], part of PEI Media, is delighted to announce the dates for the third annual Private Equity Real Estate Forum in New York. Once again we will bring together some of the most interesting minds active in private equity real estate today. These are people and firms that are extending the reach and the impact of the asset class in emerging, niche and international markets. These are funds that are capable of delivering both a degree of diversification and superior return that makes them compelling ingredients for a growing number of investors’ asset allocation models.

The global private equity real estate market is evolving as GPs seek different ways of deploying private capital into diverse markets. Despite all the changes in the market, the fundamentals of private real estate investing remain the same. There is a delicate relationship between GPs and LPs that is the backbone of investing in private equity real estate.
