RICS Annual General Meeting Webex

All Fellows, Professional Members and Associates are invited to attend and are eligible to vote.

Meeting Agenda:

• To vote to approve the Minutes of the 2010 Annual General Meeting
• To receive the Annual Review and Financial Statements including the Professional Auditor’s report for the period ending July 31, 2010
• To receive the report of the Audit Committee
• To vote to reappoint BDO LLP as the Professional Auditor until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting
• To receive the results of the election of members to the Governing Council and note the new composition of the Governing Council

Instructions for Participating in the AGM via Webex:
To join the AGM remotely you will need access to the internet and a telephone.

1. Visual and audio connection - A meeting request will be sent to you with a link and the meeting password for joining the
meeting via Webex. This will enable you to hear and see the AGM. Click on the link provided in the meeting request and then click “join”. Follow the instructions
that appear on your screen. You will be asked to provide your phone number and time zone and then you will receive a call back so that there is no cost to you.

2. Voting remotely - Within your internet browser navigate to the interactive voting window at address www.rwpoll.com. This should open the Welcome to ResponseWare window
3. Participating in discussion - Should you wish to address the meeting then please send a note via Webex and at an appropriate time you will be invited to speak.
