RICS Americas invites you to participate in The 2008 Schulich Perspectives Lecture: How to invest in Global Real Estate and Infrastructure

The world continues to evolve and expand its need for real estate and infrastructure. Like real estate, infrastructure is a capital-intensive long-term asset class. But unlike real estate, infrastructure is a brave and relatively new frontier for private investors. It represents an extraordinarily diverse span of opportunities in various geographic markets at different stages of development. The challenge is to create a disciplined framework for success across the opportunity spectrum through both good times and bad. In the 2008 Schulich Perspectives Lecture, Bruce Flatt will outline the opportunities he sees in real estate and infrastructure, the common thread between infrastructure investments, and the guiding principles that inform Brookfield’s investment strategy and business philosophy.
