Please join ULI New York for a lively, wide ranging and provocative discussion between two superb speakers --real estate icons Daniel Rose, a legendary New York developer and civic leader and Peter Linneman Ph.D., a prominent investor and educator. Dr. Peter Linneman, one of the leading strategic thinkers in the real estate industry, principal of Linneman Associates, and the Albert Sussman Professor of Real Estate, Finance and Public Policy at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, will interview the iconic Mr. Rose, providing the audience with an engaging and often lively discussion. The Legends series will honor a real estate executive annually for professional achievement, distinguished service and for furthering the ideals of ULI – the Urban Land Institute. Daniel Rose is Chairman of Rose Associates, Inc., a New York-based, 85-year-old real estate organization. During his career, which has involved a broad range of professional, civic and non-profit activities, he has developed such properties as the award-winning Pentagon City complex in Arlington, VA, and the One Financial Center office tower in Boston, MA. Dan is also recognized and admired for his many philanthropic activities which include serving on the Board of the Citizens Housing & Planning Council of NY, Inc., establishing the highly-acclaimed Harlem Educational Activities Fund, and the Daniel Rose Center for Public Leadership at the Urban Land Institute.
