RICS Americas reserves the right to cancel any event due to low enrollment or other circumstances that would make the event non-viable. Should this occur, we will call registered participants to inform them. If possible, the event will be rescheduled. If the alternative date is not convenient for you, a full refund will be issued.


Event Cancellation

To cancel your registration for an event, please call the RICS Americas office at +1 212 847 7400.

A full refund will be issued if you cancel a registration four (4) or more business days prior to the event. No refund will be issued if you cancel an event three (3) business days or less prior to the event.

All refunds will be issued in the manner in which we received the original payment. If you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to the address you specify within four weeks of cancellation. Credit card transactions will be refunded within five (5) business days after cancellation.


Event Registration Transfer

To transfer your registration for an event, please call the RICS Americas office at +1 212 847 7400.

RICS Americas will make every effort to accommodate your request to transfer to an event held at another date or time:

        1. If your request is received at least four (4) business days prior to the scheduled time of the original event, and

        2. There is space available in the event to which you wish to transfer.

RICS Americas cannot guarantee that your request to transfer will be accepted.
