BTY Group Expands National PPP Advisory Team

BTY Group has announced the appointment of Joanne Henson, PQS, MRICS, LEED AP as practice leader of its regional office in Toronto. Joanne brings BTY Group - one of Canada’s leading cost and project management consultancies - more than 20 years of professional experience working in senior project and development management roles in the United Kingdom and Canada. Since joining the firm, Joanne has taken a senior leadership role in providing technical due diligence services to global capital lenders participating in the Canadian P3 market, for which BTY Group has been providing advisory services for 15 years. Integrating her expertise across the multiple elements of a P3 transaction, she advises public and private sector clients on contractual, finance, design and planning, project management, facilities management, capital and life cycle and operational issues. Joanne will help spearhead BTY Group’s expansion in Ontario, Canada’s most populous province. The Vancouver headquartered company first established its presence in Ontario more than a decade ago with an office in St. Catharines, about one hour south of Toronto. BTY Group opened its second Ontario office – in the downtown centre – just under a year ago.
