RICS Expands Opportunities for Members via Collaboration With CCIM Institute

CCIM Institute and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors established a memorandum of understanding last spring that will lead to greater cooperation and opportunities for members of both organizations. Together, CCIM and RICS will advance the commercial real estate profession by advocating for high standards of professional practice, becoming a voice for the profession, and more. CCIM invites RICS members to consider applying for the CCIM designation, which is a complement to RICS membership for those in the real estate agency, brokerage and investment markets professional groups. RICS members also may qualify for an expedited route to CCIM membership through their Direct Track (10 years or more RICS chartered member) at http://www.ccim.com/membership/rics-direct-track or Fast Track (less than 10 years RICS membership) at http://www.ccim.com/membership/institute-membership-fast-track processes.
