Federal Business Opportunities Worldwide Cost Estimating Services Solicitation Number: S-AQMMA-11-R-0202 Agency: U.S. Department of State Office: Office of Logistics Management Location: Acquisition Management The U.S. Department of State (DOS), Office of Logistics Management, on behalf of the Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), anticipates the award of at least three indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contracts to provide cost estimating services. The intent is that at least one of the contracts shall be set aside for small businesses. However, based on the qualifications submissions received in response to this announcement, the Department may elect to transition to a 100% small business set-aside procurement.
