June 16-18, 2011 - ASA NorCal presents ME 207: Advanced Cost Approach - San Francisco, CA ME 207 covers applications within various concepts of value; deriving numbers for and understanding terms such as excess capital or excess operating costs, exponents, physical deterioration, functional and economic obsolescence; use and development of effective age and age-life calculations. This 3-day seminar offers an optional 3-hr exam on Saturday afternoon for academic course credit. Breakfasts and lunches will be provided each day at the seminar location.
