RICS Red Book

RICS Valuation Standards, the 'Red Book', was first published in 1980 and has been updated many times since then. Changes to the standards are approved by the RICS Valuation Professional Group Board, and the Red Book is updated accordingly on a regular basis.

RICS Red Book 7th Edition

The new 7th Edition of the RICS Valuation Standards, the 'Red Book’ will publish in 3 volumes editions (UK, Global and India), April 2011 and is effective from May 2, 2011. Members are able to view changes by logging in on the RICS website.
