| The RICS South Central Chapter includes members located in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. The purpose of the South Central Chapter Board is to provide a medium for RICS members to network and organize events that assist with continuing professional development. Most South Central events currently take place in Houston and Dallas. |

Kobriger MRICS CCIM Ph.D. and local Chair of Membership for the RICS South Central Chapter was one of four judges invited by the Texas A&M University Department of Construction Science in their first ever Case Study of Ethics using the American Institute of Constructors (AIC) Code of Ethics for Constructors.
