UK Feb. House Prices Grow at Slowest Pace Since Aug.

UK house prices grew at their slowest pace in February since August, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors said Tuesday. "The first two months of this year have been pretty heavily distorted by both weather factors and the ending of the stamp duty extended holiday," Simon Rubinsohn from RICS said.
